Как сообщил лидер организации Олег Филатчев, на данный момент активист находится в ИВС МВД России по городу Петрозаводск. По его словам, «Гражданский альянс» не нарушал российское законодательство. До этого Клюня намеревался принять участие в выборах главы своего сельского поселения.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
