Продолжительность рабочей недели в таких компаниях, госучреждениях и НКО будет сокращена по одной из моделей:
— до четырёх рабочих дней (понедельник-четверг) — до 35 рабочих часов в неделю при сохранении пятидневки — с более длительными отпусками
Цель изменений: изучить, как сокращенная неделя влияет на производительность, здоровье людей и на их уровень стресса. Если опыт удастся — Польша может изменить трудовое законодательство. Так уже сделали, например, в Германии.
