По предварительным данным, 13-летний мальчик, управляя электросамокатом и перевозя второго 13-летнего мальчика, выезжая со второстепенной дороги на главную, не уступил и столкнулся с автомобилем «Шкода» под управлением 56-летнего мужчины.
В результате происшествия двое подростков с травмами были госпитализированы.
