Трагедия произошла накануне вечером на улице 50 лет ВЛКСМ.

По предварительным данным, 19-летний водитель на «Ладе» 12-ой модели при обгоне не справился с управлением и въехал в дорожное ограждение. В результате ДТП мужчина, управлявший автомобилем и его пассажир, личность которого не установлена, от полученных травм скончались на месте происшествия.

Обстоятельства ДТП выясняются.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
