Так, инспекционной группе продемонстрируют ракету в сборе без головной части, ее первую ступень и транспортно-пусковой контейнер. Во время показа будут проводиться измерения при помощи рулетки, динамометра, уровней, отвесов и мерных реек.
Отмечается, что основанием для такого показа служит Договор между Россией и США о мерах по сокращению и ограничению стратегических наступательных вооружений (СНВ-III).
