Согласно документу, в связи с выходом страны из совета предлагается считать прекратившим действие 21 международный договор, среди них — европейские конвенции о пресечении терроризма, о защите прав человека, Европейская хартия местного самоуправления, Европейская социальная хартия.
Решение принято в связи с прекращением членства РФ в Совете Европы с 16 марта.
