Глава бюро по расследованию преступлений против личности Пыхьяской префектуры Хиско Варес отметил, что за последние пять лет зарегистрировано около двух тысяч случаев физического насилия, совершённых несовершеннолетними.
«Подростковая преступность становится всё более жестокой, и виновато в этом чувство безнаказанности», — заявил Варес.
