Сейчас Кача, уютный прибрежный курортный поселок, с довольно интересной историей, во многом сформировавший развитие авиации в России. О чем отдыхающие там, порой даже не догадываются.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
