Uchrashuvning birinchi bosqichi Farg‘ona shahridagi “Istiqlol” stadionida sport mashg‘ulotlari bilan boshlandi. Sog‘lom muhit, jamoaviy harakat va faollik yoshlarga ijobiy kayfiyat ulashdi.
Tadbirning ikkinchi qismi filial majlislar zalida davra suhbati shaklida davom ettirildi. Unda rahbar yoshlarning taklif va tashabbuslarini tingladi, ular bilan ochiq muloqot olib bordi.
Ushbu uchrashuv yoshlarga yangicha ruh, ishonch va fidoyilik bag‘ishladi. Bu kabi muloqotlar tizimda ijobiy o‘zgarishlarning muhim kalitidir.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
