За його словами, Варшава скасовує стосовно торгівлі з Польщею механізм автономних торговельних заходів (АТМ), який дозволяв би безмитний імпорт товарів з України, таким чином фактично повертаючись до умов, що діяли до повномасштабного вторгнення рф.
Туск пообіцяв, що уряд захищатиме економічні інтереси країни, навіть якщо вони ітимуть врозріз із інтересами України, не боячись водночас звинувачень в антиукраїнській позиції.
«У мене немає з цим проблем, бо ніхто не звинуватить мене в тому, що я антиукраїнський, коли йдеться про російсько-українську війну», – наголосив премʼєр.
