С инициативой относительно такого проекта в сфере инновационных технологий выступил вице-премьер республики Анатолий Семенов. Он предложил объединить усилия сразу 13 специальных профессиональных образовательных учреждений, отметив, что это позволит привлечь талантливую молодежь на Дальний Восток.

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
