برگشتم خونه. امشب کوچه روشن‌تر از شب‌های قبل‌ه و این ینی زودتر اومدم و چراغ پنجره‌هایی که دیوارو سوراخ کردن روشنه. همه بیدارن. اومدم داخل و رسیدم به پذیرایی و می‌خواستم با سرعت برم به سمتِ اون اتاقِ تاریکِ اون گوشه، که دیدم مهمون دارن بابا اینا. نشستم، ادب کردم. خوش و بش و گفتگو و حال و احوال کردم، پا شدم رفتم تو اتاق. در رو نبسته بودم که پشت سرم شنیدم: «چقدر ایشون عوض شدن. اخلاقی و حتی ظاهری. اصن خیلی عجیبه توو این...» و تق. درو بستم. یارو فقط شیش ماهه منو ندیده.
