السؤال: هل تحلّ زكاة المال على الهاشمي وغيره؟
الجواب: تحلّ صدقة الهاشمي على الهاشمي وعلى غيره حتّى زكاة المال وزكاة الفطرة، وأمّا صدقة غير الهاشمي فإن كانت زكاة المال أو زكاة الفطرة فهي حرام على الهاشمي ولا تحلّ للمتصدّق عليه ولا تفرغ ذمّة المتصدّق بها عنها، وإن كانت غيرهما فالأقوى جوازها سواء أكانت واجبة كردّ المظالم والكفارات وفدية الصوم أم مندوبة، إلّا إذا كانت من قبيل ما يتعارف من دفع المال القليل لدفع البلاء ونحو ذلك ممّا كان من مراسم الذلّ والهوان فإنّ في جوازه إشكالاً.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
