В Telegram появился свой браузер, который открывается при переходе по ссылкам. Однако, как и в других браузерах, историю, кэш и файлы cookie в нем нужно удалять вручную.
🧹Как почистить
Android: Настройки => Настройки чатов => Встроенный браузер => Очистите файлы cookie, кэш, а также удалите историю (см. скриншот).
IOS: Настройки => Данные и память => Браузер => Удалить файлы cookie.
Вы можете отказаться от браузера Telegram и использовать тот браузер, который установлен на телефоне (Firefox, Opera, Tor и т.д.)
IOS: Настройки => Данные и память => Браузер => измените на любой другой установленный браузер.
В PTelegram можно настроить автоочистку истории поиска и кэша по умолчанию. Настройки => Конфиденциальность => Код-пароль => Очищать кэш при блокировке (включить).

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. The picture was mixed overseas. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
