Учитывая застройку, примыкающую к нашей площадке с юга и юго-востока под разными углами, важно было выстроить систему главных осей, объединяющую весь это район левобережья в единую градостроительную ткань, «текущую» из глубины застройки к живописному берегу Иртыша.
