«Талибы, безусловно, наши союзники в борьбе с терроризмом. Они пытаются выкорчевать терподполье», — подчеркнул российский дипломат.
По его словам, талибы активно противостоят ИГИЛ (ИГ, террористическая организация, запрещена в РФ) и переносят задержанных членов группировки в тюрьму «Пули-Чархи», расположенную в пригороде Кабула.
