По итогам января 2025 года ввод многоквартирных домов девелоперами в стране достиг 2,6 млн квадратных метров, что на 14,1% меньше, чем в январе прошлого года, сообщают аналитики ЕРЗ.РФ со ссылкой на Росстат.
При этом доля ввода МКД застройщиками в январе по отношению к общему объему ввода жилья в России сократилась на 1,2 п.п. в годовом сравнении до 23,9%.
