За популяризацию отказа от деторождения гражданам грозит штраф до 100 тысяч рублей, должностным лицам — до 200 тысяч рублей, юридическим лицам — до 1 млн рублей.
При пропаганде чайлдфри среди несовершеннолетних верхняя граница штрафов удваивается. Увеличены штрафы и за соответствующие публикации в СМИ или Интернете.
Максимальный штраф — 400 тысяч рублей для граждан, 800 тысяч рублей для должностных лиц и 5 млн рублей для юрлиц.
Наказание будет распространяться и на иностранцев. Им грозит штраф либо арест до 15 суток с выдворением за пределы России в обоих случаях.

Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country.
