Владимирский гарнизонный военный суд приговорил к 3 годам лишения свободы условно участника СВО Андрея Ахремцова, передает «Довод» (власти считают иноагентом).
Поводом для разбирательства стал бытовой конфликт. Ахремцов напал на своего соседа с ножом из-за того, что тот громко смотрел телевизор и слушал музыку, причинив тяжкий вред его здоровью.
В приговоре уточняется, что суд учел то, что Ахремцов участвовал в СВО, в качестве смягчающего обстоятельства. Также суд взял во внимание положительную служебную характеристику Ахремцова.
