На сегодняшний день участком общей площадью 2 га на ул. Ермакова Роща, вл. 7А владеет ПИК. А на рендерах застройщиком указана дочка застройщика — Forma.

Это будут 200-метровые башни, одна из которых наклонена, образуя эффект «поцелуя». Между ними — на высоте 100 метров — появятся террасы.

Как вам? На наш взгляд, сложность конструкции визуальной красоты не добавляет.
