🎖В Гурьевске на Мемориале павшим воинам состоялся митинг, посвященный 80-й годовщине взятия Нойхаузена советскими войсками в Великой Отечественной войне.

Традиционно на мероприятии присутствовали руководство округа, представители администрации, духовенства, молодёжных, патриотических, ветеранских организаций и, конечно, жители муниципалитета. Почётными гостями мероприятия стали участники СВО, а также министр молодёжной политики Калининградской области Анна Мусевич.

В наших сердцах всегда будет жить благодарность людям, отдавшим свои жизни во имя нашей Родины.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat.
