В минувшую пятницу, 15 ноября, состоялась отчетная конференция профсоюзной организации Института стран Азии и Африки МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова.
Открыл Конференцию доктор исторических наук, профессор, и.о. директора А.А. Маслов. Он отметил успехи в работе профсоюзной организации, а также плодотворное взаимодействие руководства Профкома с администрацией Института.
Председатель объединенного профсоюзного комитета МГУ И.Б. Котлобовский, присутствовавший на Конференции, поздравил юбиляров Института - членов профсоюзной организации ИСАА МГУ.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
