به گزارش کمپین دفاع از زندانیان سیاسی و مدنی، خبات ایراندوست روز چهارشنبه ۱۱ مهرماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در محل کارش در بوکان بازداشت شد.
یک منبع نزدیک به خانواده او تأیید کرد که علیرغم پیگیری‌های مداوم از مراجع امنیتی و قضایی، تاکنون پاسخی روشن در خصوص محل نگهداری و وضعیت او ارائه نشده است.
