первая – общеевропейская. оказывается, мейнстрим тоже может повышать явку и играть на протесте. удивительно, но факт то, что при повышении явки результаты AfD падали. это говорит об изменении восприятия голосования избирателями.
вторая – чисто немецкая. здесь кажется поляризация не приводит к фрагментации. тезис о защите демократии имеет известные центры силы. для левых им являются соцдемы. ради этой цели избиратели были готовы даже пожертвовать зелеными. это может стать чисто немецким следом в общеевропейской популистской волне.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
