Проект, инвестиции в который оценили с разбросом в 2,9-3,8 млрд рублей, планируют завершить в течение двух лет. Там разместят круглогодичный аквапарк с подогреваемыми бассейнами, термы и спа-зону, фитнес-зал, "пляж", зону общепита и открытую площадку для проведения летних мероприятий. Весь аквакомплекс займет около 15 000 кв.м.
