Un gardien du vivant possĂšde 4 ha dont 2 cultivables. Il y pratique la permaculture pour l'autosuffisance pour 2 personnes mais est prĂȘt Ă  mettre Ă  disposition quelques parcelles Ă  faire "vivre" en permaculture Ă©galement. Besoin de planter des fruitiers et crĂ©er des zones d'ombrage, des mares.
Mettre en place des potagers partagés.
Petit Ă©levage envisageable.
Il ne demande aucune location. Mise Ă  disposition gratuite en Ă©change de participation active au projet.
Les candidats doivent idéalement se situer à proximité du projet (il est envisageable de vivre sur la parcelle).
Cabane habitable à améliorer, caravane à améliorer.
Eau disponible (puits), Ă©lectricitĂ© solaire possible. Nous sommes dans le 66 entre Prades et Ille-sur-TĂȘt Ă  500m d'altitude. Maquis, au bout d'une piste d'un kilomĂštre accessible en voiture.
TrÚs isolé et trÚs beau. Exigences : confiance et bienveillance au service du vivant.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
