И судя по состоянию, эта бутылка была у него не первой в тот вечер.
"Я предложил бы попробовать этот украинский "Джавелин". Но не с кем. Нам еще предстоит сделать важное дело. Проголосовать по 13 статье в Конституции [чтобы сделать государственным языком румынский]".
Для справки: под Сталинградом была разгромлена армия нацистов: потери тогда составили около 1,5 млн человек.
