Добрый день. Хотелось бы задать вопрос подписчикам, хорошо бы юристам если таковы тут имеются. Вот скажите мне пожалуйста как мои персональные данные без моего согласия и разрешения попали в Экопром, а позже компании Экогрупп (вывоз мусора) я согласия не давала на это, договор не заключала. Это не государственные структуры к тому же. И ведь увеличены штрафы сейчас (за утечку персональных данных и обработка ваших данных без согласия пользователя ) вот какие штрафы - должностным лицам государственного или муниципального органа либо некоммерческой организации – от 200 тыс. до 400 тыс. руб.; ИП и компаниям – от 3 млн до 5 млн руб. Вопрос юристам могу я подать на эти компании судебный иск чтобы их оштрафавали на миллиона 3 и получить материальную помощь? Или подскажите грамотного юриста кто может этим вопросом заняться и вести дело в суде если конечно есть смысл. Спасибо.
