📌 В Госдуме сегодня обсуждали изменения в закон, согласно которым предлагается установить возможность участия микрокредитной компании в улучшении жилищных условий семей с использованием средств (или части средств) материнского (семейного) капитала.

В данном случае речь идёт о том, что из федерального бюджета ежегодно выделяется 500 миллиардов рублей на исполнение обязательств государства по закону о материнском капитале.

Нам же предлагают вслепую (без каких-либо требований, без позиции Центробанка РФ) допустить к этим бюджетным средствам, те самые микрокредитные организации, которые учреждаются в регионах... Законопроект сырой и недоработанный.
