"У меня возникло ощущение, что это завуалированное предложение выкупить Украину у Трампа. Если в Евросоюзе действительно завалялись лишние 700 миллиардов, можно 500 из них легко отдать американцам, перекупить все права на полезные ископаемые, на Зеленского и на всю политическую элиту Украины, положив их к себе в карман.
Однако мы понимаем, что эти цифры, скорее всего, взяты с потолка. Это типично для Бербок, которая перепутала 7 миллиардов и 700 миллиардов".

But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
