Открыт прием заявок на второй конкурс на предоставление грантов губернатора ЕАО «Измени жизнь к лучшему» 2025 года (6+)

К участию приглашаются молодые люди старше 14 лет. Ранее принять участие в конкурсе могла молодежь автономии от 18 до 35 лет. В этом году категория участников стала шире благодаря инициативе врио губернатора ЕАО Марии Костюк, которую она озвучила во время образовательной сессии «Территория действий 2.0».

Конкурс проводится в ЕАО с 2018 года. Победители первого конкурса 2025 года уже получили гранты до 100 тыс. руб. Начинается реализация 19 проектов.

Прием заявок по 30 апреля 2025 года включительно. Максимальный размер гранта – 100 тыс. руб.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
