В томской обладминистрации продолжается кадровая турбулентность: на этот раз в отставку уходит Сергей Чиков, возглавлявший департамент градостроительного развития региона с июня 2024 года.
На этом посту Чиков курировал в числе всего прочего программу комплексного развития территорий области и реализацию проекта строительства Томского межуниверситетского студенческого кампуса.
Симптоматично, что это уже пятый глава департамента, курирующий строительство кампуса, за последние два года. До Чикова эту должность занимали Дмитрий Сон (2022-2023), Андрей Мильке (сентябрь – ноябрь 2023) и Павел Азанов (ноябрь 2023 – февраль 2024).
