Ранее оба предприятия перешли к Росимуществу, вероятно, уже новый собственник теперь просит о снятии ареста со счетов. Он был наложен по требованию Генпрокуратуры в ходе рассмотрения дела о деприватизации активов.
Ходатайства предприятий группы ЧЭМК поступили в свердловский арбитраж, их рассмотрят в закрытом режиме. Кроме того, в картотеке значатся три апелляционных жалобы: АО «Компания Эталон» (ранее владело акциями ЧЭМК) и контролирующих её Юрия и Людмилы Антиповых. Это не первые апелляции со стороны бывших собственников.
