В ходе боевых действий важно не только обеспечить связью свои войска, но и нарушить работу систем связи у противника. 82 года назад, 16 декабря 1942 года, И. В. Сталин подписал постановление ГКО №2633сс "Об организации в Красной Армии специальной службы по забивке немецких радиостанций, действующих на поле боя". Согласно ему, в составе Управления войсковой разведки при Генеральном Штабе Красной Армии организовывался отдел по руководству работой радиостанций мешающего действия, как на фронте, так и в центре. Для противодействия работе немецких радиостанций выделялось три радиодивизиона. Комплектовались они радиостанциями мешающего типа "Пчела". Это был один из первых случаев применения нашей армией средств радиоэлектронной борьбы.
