Среди них лидеры своих рынков: «Русал», «Северсталь», НЛМК, ММК, «Акрон», «ФосАгро», «Уралкалий», «Уралхим», ЛУКОЙЛ, «Газпром нефть», «Роснефть», «Сургутнефтегаз», СИБУР и другие.
Ранее продукция предприятий непрерывного цикла отправлялась в шестой очереди во внутрироссийском сообщении. Теперь же она получит нормативно закрепленный отдельный приоритет по сравнению с основной массой грузов, перевозимых по железной дороге.
