О том, что россияне угрожали захватить Сумскую область, написал депутат Верховной Рады Алексей Гончаренко; источник издания «Суспiльне» заявил, что Россия также требовала признать Крым российским.
От 30-дневного прекращения огня российская делегация, по информации Гончаренко, отказалась.
