Дело в том, что к сегодняшнему дню эти 284 оператора (конечно, за минусом аннулированных) должны были пройти первичное подтверждение соответствия. И судя по тому, что нынче аттестатов лишают мало (на прошедшей неделе всего 4️⃣, что даже меньше предыдущей), да и то в основном фотохулиганов, делают они это весьма успешно. Научились? Или эта процедура снова стала формальностью? За этот же период аккредитовано 3️⃣4️⃣ ОТО, а также появилось 2️⃣ новые "передвижки"
