З релізу веб-версії Краєходців – перекладу гри Offworlders – пройшло досить часу і тепер готується чудово зверстана друкована паперова версія! Це буде А5 буклетик на 40 сторінок в м'якій обкладинці, тобто цілком компактна книжечка з повноцінною грою.

І поки йде пробний друк, починаю збирати передзамовлення. Один примірник коштуватиме 250грн і сподіваюсь орієнтовно за місяць все буде готово.

Щоб замовити, напишіть мені в тг чи в діскорд @darkmentat. Я відповім, спитаю за доставку, розрахуємось і запишу собі в список.

На картинці просто рендер, проте книжечка буде виглядати ближче до оригіналу, як на фото в коментарях. Цифрова версія в PDF буде згодом і буде безплатною, проте ймовірно вже після друку першого тиражу.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
