На Сахалине таможенники задержали двух молодых мужчин, прилетевших из Харбина. Казалось бы, обычный досмотр в аэропорту Южно-Сахалинска — но вместо сувениров и личных вещей в чемоданах оказались:
▪️более 9 кг деталей для экскаватора, ▪️и 16 кг диагностического оборудования для крана.
Парни 25 и 27 лет признались: везли всё это по просьбе одной коммерческой фирмы. О таможенных правилах, по их словам, не знали.
Теперь придётся знакомиться с другой статьёй — ч. 1 ст. 16.2 КоАП РФ. Возбуждено дело, весь груз изъяли.

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
