🔹خبرگزاری رویترز با اشاره به تنش درباره برنامه اتمی جمهوری اسلامی و آتش‌بس «شکننده» با اسرائیل، به نقل از سه منبع مطلع ایرانی نوشت اکنون حکومت ایران، مذاکره با آمریکا برای حل مناقشه چند دهه‌ای بر سر برنامه هسته‌ای را تنها راه اجتناب از تشدید درگیری و خطر موجودیتی می‌داند. رویترز به نقل از یک منبع سیاسی گفت که علی خامنه‌ای اکنون به این نتیجه رسیده که «هزینه تقابل نظامی را دیده‌اند» و به سمت مذاکرات تمایل دارد. رویترز در ادامه به نقل از یک دیپلمات غربی نوشت: «حکومت ایران هرگز تا این اندازه آسیب‌پذیر نبوده است. در داخل، نارضایتی از جنگ، انزوا، سوءمدیریت و کمبود آب و برق رو به افزایش است و خاموشی‌های روزانه و بحران ذخایر آب، فشار بر کسب‌وکارها را تشدید کرده است.»

Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
