Об этом вчера на саммите ЕС объявил председатель Евросовета Шарль Мишель. А мы расскажем и покажем вам, как на важное для страны событие отреагировала столица.

🔸 Естественно, в цвет флага окрасилась Тбилисская телебашня. Также синим озарились Мост мира и здание Национального банка Грузии. На улицах столицы гудят машины с флагами Грузии и Евросоюза.

🔸 Премьер-министр Ираклий Гарибашвили приглашает всех в 17:00 прийти на площадь Свободы, чтобы «отметить эту историческую победу нашей страны и нашего народа».

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
