Оказывается постановлением правительства России от 1992 года ряд районов Подмосковья были включены в число закрытых территорий. В Одинцовском округе в такую зону попадают Одинцово, Юдино, Перхушково, Жаворонки и Барвиха.

Задержанным на таких территориях иностранцам грозит штраф до 5 тыс. рублей и депортация по статье 18.8 КоАП — «Нарушение иностранным гражданином или лицом без гражданства правил въезда в Российскую Федерацию либо режима пребывания (проживания) в Российской Федерации».
