Несмотря на то, что проблема относится к компетенции обслуживающей жилье организации, муниципалитет прилагает максимум усилий для помощи в решении проблемы - привлечена подъемная техника, силами специалистов управления по делам ГО и ЧС осуществляется очистка крыши.

Управляющая организация вызвала специалиста по кровельным работам для оценки сложившейся ситуации и необходимых мер по восстановлению кровли.

В интересах граждан на месте работает ответственный дежурный по городу, ситуация находится на контроле.
