با نهایت تأسف و تأثر با خبر شدیم استاد گرانقدر، جناب آقای دکتر پدرام صفرپور، از این عالم گذار روی برتافتند و به دیار باقی روی نمودند.
این ضایعۀ تلخ و اندوه‌بار را به خانوادۀ محترم و داغدیدۀ ایشان و جامعۀ دانشگاهی کشور، همکاران، استادان و دانشجویان و دوستدارانش در دانشکده مهندسی مکانیک و انرژی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تسلیت گفته، از درگاه پروردگار متعال برای این استاد برجسته و خدوم، علو درجات و برای بازماندگان صبر و شکیبایی خواهانیم. آرزومندم روح پاک استاد و همکار عزیزمان که عمر پر برکت خود را صرف علم و دانش و تربیت دانشجویان کرده است، قرین رحمت بیکران الهی باشد.

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
