Первый этап работ включает создание пешеходных и велосипедных дорожек, освещения и видеонаблюдения, что повысит привлекательность зоны для посетителей торгового центра. Подрядчик "Ной" выполнит работы за 89,7 млн рублей, завершив их к ноябрю. Территория будет разделена на функциональные зоны (прогулочные, спортивные, игровые), что увеличит поток посетителей и потенциально повысит арендную ставку для ритейлеров. Также на участке ликвидируют около 800 самовольных гаражей, освобождая пространство для коммерческого использования. Проект усилит конкурентоспособность ТРЦ "Европа" за счет создания комфортной среды для покупателей.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
