Из воевавших родственников лучше всего помню тетку, жену маминого двоюродного брата. Во время войны она служила в СМЕРШе, а когда я ее знал, была председателем совета ветеранов на огромном заводе в Красногорске. Лучший День Победы в моей жизни случился как раз с этой родней в конце 70-х. Они заехали к нам, у них была машина, а потом уже вечером двинулись смотреть салют на Ленгорах. Что и говорить, это был настоящий гражданский культ, вся энергия праздника была там. Победа как внутреннее переживание. И время от времени я прикидываю, что это будет посильнее «Фауста» Гёте. С праздником!
