С 2025 г. будет снижена нагрузка на малый и средний бизнес в части сокращения объемов сдаваемой отчетности – федеральный закон одобрен Комитетом по экономической политике. Бизнес будет публиковать статданные в информационной системе, откуда госорганы будут получать всю необходимую информацию.

Рассмотрен закон, направленный на улучшение условий для резидентов территорий опережающего развития. В частности, сокращается срок выдачи градостроительного плана земельного участка органом местного самоуправления с 14 до 10 рабочих дней.

Одобрен закон о порядке использования произведений неизвестных авторов, либо связь с которыми не удалось установить. Претендующему на использование такого произведения будет выдаваться разрешение в виде неисключительной возмездной лицензии, выдаваемой уполномоченной аккредитованной организацией после проверки.
