По информации «главы администрации городского округа города Новая Каховка» Виталия Гура, 31 Марта в результате обстрелов г. Новая Каховка пострадали мужчина 1972 г.р. и женщина 1932 г.р. Они были доставлены в больницу с осколочными ранениями.
