به اطلاع اساتید و دانشجویان گرامی می رساند: با توجه به برگزاری امتحان میان ترم دروس زبان انگلیسی ترکیبی پیش دانشگاهی، زبان انگلیسی ترکیبی (۱)، زبان انگلیسی ترکیبی (۲) و زبان انگلیسی ترکیبی (۳) به صورت سراسری در سطح دانشگاه، کلاس های درسی ساختمان بلوک ۲ آموزشی در روز دوشنبه ۱۴۰۴/۰۲/۲۲ از ساعت ۰۷:۲۰ صبح تا ۱۶ بعد از ظهر و ساختمان بلوک ۱ آموزشی از ساعت ۰۷:۲۰ تا ۱۲:۳۰ ظهر به صورت مجازی برگزار خواهد شد. شایان ذکر است کلاس های درسی پس از اتمام زمان مشخص شده طبق روال برگزار می گردد. @CivilEngineer_Faculty

Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
