Правительство РФ утвердило средний размер индексации тарифов на услуги ЖКХ на ближайшие три года. С 1 июля платежи в среднем по стране вырастут на 11,9%. Больше всего коммуналка может увеличиться в Пермском крае, предельный индекс подорожания коммунальных услуг на следующий год установлен в размере 21,1%. При этом решением губернатора Дмитрия Махонина в отдельных городах допускается отклонение от предельного значения еще на дополнительные 4,2%.
Уточняется, что в последующие годы темпы подорожания снизятся, средний рост по стране составит 5,4% и 4,8%. Однако конкретные цифры будут отличаться в зависимости от региона.
Кроме того, ранее Махонин подписал постановление о повышении взносов на капитальный ремонт с ноября. Теперь жители Прикамья будут платить 14,44 рубля за «квадрат» вместо прежних 10,71.
